Mergence Investment Managers joins Strate e-Voting platform
We are excited to welcome yet another client to our e-Voting platform. Mergence Investment Managers joins our e-Voting family, marking another significant milestone in our journey to advance digital voting solutions. Mergence Investment Managers can now process voting instructions through our fully digital solution.
Through full integration with our core CSD platform, the e-Voting service is a secure web-based application that enables digital shareholder meetings for both South African and foreign-incorporated companies.
The platform seamlessly connects issuers and investors throughout the proxy voting lifecycle, increasing transparency and efficiencies across the value chain.
