Avior Capital Markets joins Strate e-Voting platform

We are delighted to welcome Avior Capital Markets as the second broker to join our e-Voting service, marking another milestone in advancing digital voting solutions. Avior Capital Markets can now process voting instructions through our fully digital solution.

Through full integration with our core CSD platform, the e-Voting service is a secure web-based application that enables digital shareholder meetings for both South African and foreign-incorporated companies.

The platform seamlessly connects issuers and investors throughout the proxy voting lifecycle, increasing transparency and efficiencies across the value chain.
