Strate supports EESE’s first bond issuance
Strate is pleased to have supported Equity Express Securities Exchange (EESE) in opening its bond market to multiple participants and operationalising its bond licence.
Exeo Finance was the first client to list a bond on EESE on 12 December 2023. The first set of trades were settled successfully.

The operationalisation of EESE’s bond licence, issued by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority in March 2023, allows EESE to list bonds and notes, which Strate clears and settles.

Strate provides EESE with a suite of security services that include registry, settlement, asset and integration services.
