Strate welcomes Perpetua Investment Managers to its e‐Voting platform

Strate has operationalised another new client on its e‐Voting platform. Perpetua Investment Managers, with assets under management of R13.7 billion, is now live to process voting instructions via our fully digital solution.

This is another milestone for our groundbreaking e-Voting platform as we continue to create shared value for the South African financial market ecosystem.

Through full integration with our core CSD platform, the e-Voting service is a secure web-based application that enables digital shareholder meetings for both South African and foreign-incorporated companies.
